Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) are martial arts disciplines that offer numerous benefits for children under 15. Muay Thai focuses on striking techniques using fists, elbows, knees, and shins, while BJJ emphasizes ground fighting and submissions.
